Best Deal on Avocados this week! Cantaloupes too!! So I make a delicious "aqua de melon" or cantaloupe water. Cut melon into cubes. put in your high speed blender with enough water to cover and sugar. 1/2 cup of evaporated cane juice for every whole melon. Put in a 1 gallon pitcher and fill the rest up with water. That's it! It is sooooo good! You'll love it!

Dollar General Market

Dollar General Market has the next best deal on avocados at only 1¢ more than Aldi, and they've got the best sale on mangoes this week. And you can't beat their sale on mini sweet peppers!!

Food Depot

Overall good sales at Food Depot this week. Definitely worth a trip for the greens and snap beans.

Fresh Market

So Fresh Market is my go to place for nuts. Seriously!! They're expensive everywhere, especially the raw ones, but Fresh Market seems to have sales on their bulk nuts almost every week!! I love it! I'm thinking about making a pistachio milk ice cream....

Kroger

So Kroger has some overall good deals this week, but no one beats their sale on blackberries this week. I am definitely going to load up on these. I have this great recipe idea I want to try out for a blackberry vinaigrette, but we can't stop eating them all up before I get a chance...lol!

Kroger's also got a pretty good sale on some of their organic items this week.

Piggly Wiggly

Good sale on frozen veggies at Piggly Wiggly this week.

They've also got the best sale on lemons this week. It is warming up, so it's a good time for lemonade. Try sweetening a batch of lemonade with maple syrup and dates instead of sugar.

Publix

Again, Publix comes through with their weekly BOGO sales!

Save A Lot

This is becoming one of my favorite stores. I definitely need to get a couple bags of oranges. I'm making orange/raspberry aid!! I just put fruit into the high speed blender and sweeten with dates. Add cold distilled water to the finished product and voila!
