Chickpea Scramble

Ingredients
1 C ChickPea Flour
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kala Namak/Indian Black Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil* (optional if using a non-stick pan)

Directions
Heat pan over medium high heat
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Add wet ingredients and mix well
Pour batter into hot non-stick pan or heat oil in pan if not non-stick and then pour batter
Let sit for 2 - 3 minutes, then flip
Let sit for another 2 - 3 minutes, then begin to "scramble" for another 2 - 3 minutes

Serve with your favorite sides, or alone.
