Vegan Vanilla Frosting (Gluten Free, Soy Free)



This frosting is super easy, simple and delicious!


Ingredients

2 Tbsp organic vegan spread or shortening

3 - 4 Tbsp nut/grain milk

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Salt to taste (optional)



Combine the evaporated cane juice, vegan spread, milk, vanilla and salt (optional) in a bowl

Mix with hand mixer for 2 - 3 minutes


Scoop icing into decorating bag and pipe onto cupcakes or cake and enjoy!
