This week, there are great savings city wide!
Aldi

I really like shopping at Aldi. They always have some of the best prices on organic produce, and their sales are great! I'll be getting some of that zucchini and I'll be trying out a new wheat free, soy free zucchini muffin recipe.

Organic is always best, especially when we're talking about rice, but at 2 lbs of Brown Basmati Rice for only $2.99, I am definitely stocking up. I may make some vegetable Biryani Rice, or something sweet. I love rice pudding made with Basmati rice!

Dollar General Market

I am going to get lots of asparagus! It's one of the "clean" fruits and veggies that don't have much pesticide residue. My favorite way to eat them is broiled with some lemon juice squeezed on top. Just that simple. Just that delicious when they're fresh!

Great sale on mangoes and avocados at 2 for $1. Best sale in the city. And Cantaloupes for $1!! Again, low pesticide residue fruits I will be loading up on.
Fresh Market

If you don't already know, I love nuts! If I find a sale on nuts, I'm all over it! Fresh Market has been steadily coming through with their sales on their bulk nuts. The raw ones are included in the sale as well! So if you make your own (or want to try) nut cheese or milk, now is the time to load up.

Food Depot

Food Depot's sale on cucumbers and tomatoes makes me want to make a cucumber tomato salad. At 98¢/lb for pears, I'm making a pear crisp for dessert.
Kroger

Next best sale on avocados is at Kroger this week.

If you like yogurts, Kroger's got Silk and So Delicious at 4/$5. Yogurt is really versatile. Buy the plain yogurt and use it to make a sauce, or use one of the flavored varieties to make a smoothie or some homemade frozen yogurt.

Piggly Wiggly

This is a great deal on frozen veggies. You already know they can make our lives a lot easier!

Publix

Publix always comes through with their sales on organics. Apple tart anyone?

How about some sprouted bread? You could make a delicious bread pudding with some of the organic apples and the sprouted bread and serve it with some So Delicious Ice Cream from the BOGO sale.

Save A Lot

Save a Lot has the best deal on blackberries this week at just $1.29. Full of antioxidants, you can use these berries in just about any way. Throw them in your morning granola or oatmeal or just toss some in your salad or yogurt at lunch.

Shopper's Value Foods

Can you beat Red Delicious apples at 89¢/lb?

How about kiwi at 3/$1?
