The ad says it all. Great sales this week at Aldi!! Definitely loading up on cantaloupe and zucchini. My children will most surely be making some raw zucchini noodles with avocado and cilantro sauce this week! The sale on mushrooms is great too! With some of the potatoes I still have from a past great sale, I'm going to make a vegan shepherd's pie. Why don't you try Macon Vegans' warm spinach and mushroom salad?
Great sale on onions this week at only 50¢/lb! Great time to stock up for the future. Many times when I see sales like these, I'll buy a ridiculous amount and prep and freeze half to make my life a little easier when I'm pressed for time.
This week's sale on green cabbage is good. Try our recipe for roasted cabbage or cabbage soup, substituting the purple cabbage for green.
Again, Fresh Market comes through with their bulk sales. The apple chips will make great midday snacks for anyone. I'm thinking of making some apple cinnamon oatmeal cookies with some of those chips!
I love honey mangoes, aka "mangos filipinos." The flavor and texture are slightly different from the other mangoes you usually see at the grocery store. Delicious!
Good sale on grapes and on organic lettuce.
Makings for a great salad in here. How about making a lemon vinaigrette dressing for that salad?
I love Publix's BOGO sales! And this week, they've got a great sale on Bartlett Pears and Blackberries.
The Plum Tomatoes and Sweet Corn are at a good price this week. Creamed corn is delicious with some fresh salsa!
Great sale on mangoes at Save A Lot this week. I'm loading up. At my place, there cannot ever be too many mangoes!!
Best sale on avocados and mangos this week is at Shopper's Value Foods.
They've also got the best sale on cabbage and oranges this week.
