Ingredients

2-3 lbs golden potatoes (substitute your favorite kind of potato, if you prefer; well washed and scrubbed)

3-4 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsps ground celery seed

Salt to taste

It's always so easy to peal potatoes after they've been boiled!! For added flavor you can put some salt and cloves of garlic in the water to boil with the potatoes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400º F

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes

While boiling, put the oil, celery seed and salt in your baking pan and mix well

Put pan in the oven

Once the potatoes are done boiling, run them under cold water to cool

Once cooled enough, peel the skins off of the potatoes

Pull the pan out of the oven and toss the potatoes well in the oil and seasoning in the pan, making sure to coat all of the potatoes well

Bake for around 35 - 45 minutes, or until brown and crispy on the outside (could be up to 1 hr)

Make sure all of the potatoes are similar in size. The smaller the potato, the shorter the bake time. The larger the potato, the longer the bake time.

You will want to let them sit for about 10 minutes before you serve. I promise you everyone will love these #IrishStyle easy #BakedPotatoes!
