I love Aldi!! Definitely loading up on oranges. They're great snacks, in and out of lunchboxes!! And the zucchini is at the right price. Raw zucchini noodles anyone? How about a zucchini wrap? And great price on organic baby spinach and baby bella mushrooms at only 99¢!! Definitely making a warm mushroom and spinach salad!
Great sale on corn! My kids love corn so much! The possibilities really are endless. You can grate and mash it to make a masa and make fresh tamales, or tortillas. You can also use that grated and mashed corn to make creamed corn, which the leftovers could be used to make Macon Vegans Cornbread. Like I said, the possibilities are endless!!
Super excited about this sale on peaches!! I'm just thinking about taking a big ol' juicy bite!!!
Sometimes I go to Fresh Market just for their bulk sales. You can't get much better pricing on bulk nuts and dried fruits in Macon. And their sale on ORGANIC Broccoli this week is definitely worth checking out!!
